Sound of Music Festival Recognizes Outstanding Volunteers and Bursary Recipients
Burlington, ON – Sound of Music Festival announces the Outstanding Volunteer Recipients for 2017, acknowledging the efforts of those that have gone above and beyond in their area. The whole team does an incredible job. The Festival recognizes the supreme efforts of volunteers that go “above and beyond” expectations and with their dedication and willingness to help make the Festival an award-winning event. The “Outstanding Award” is a small token of the immense appreciation from all the committees and board members.
Sound of Music Festival is almost entirely run by volunteers along with a small staff. “This event would not exist without volunteers, it’s a pleasure and an honour to work with this group”, says Dave Miller, Executive Director.
Sound of Music Festival would like to announce these outstanding recipients:
Grace Workman Porecki
