Located throughout the Festival grounds are Sort Stations where our volunteers will be sorting – please drop off your waste here!

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Burlington Transit shuttle buses run every 15 minutes from the Burlington GO Station to the Downtown John Street Transit Terminal (one block from Spencer Smith Park).  Parking is available at the GO Station.  Fare is $3 per person for a round trip shuttle. Children under 5 ride free.

WATER RE-FILL STATIONS

Plastic water bottles are the largest component of our waste, please bring your own re-fillable water bottle.  Water re-fill stations are located throughout the park.

BIKE CORRAL

Keep your bike secure in a fenced area, located behind the Waterfront Hotel.  Fee is $2 per bicycle, proceeds help keep the Festival free.

GO ECO TEAM GO!

The Sound of Music Eco Team is responsible for hand sorting every single bag of the 15 tonnes of waste generated annually by over 200,000 attendees at the Festival. Last year, their efforts kept 91% of waste out of the landfill by diverting it to compost and recycling.
